COMMUNITY TRANSPORT CORP

Community Transport Corp is a 501c3 non-profit organization established for the purpose of providing Non-Emergency Medical Transportation to individuals with physical, sensory or mental development restrictions. We transport individuals to and from rural areas, Medical Appointments, School, Employment, Training, Retirement Facilities, Assisted Living Centers, Adult Day Care, or Special Events etc. regardless of their economical or demographic status.

CTC will accept applications from counselors, therapists, case managers, physicians, or local and state offices for individuals who have transportation barriers in Non-Emergency Medical Transportation. We are hopeful it will be funded by grant applications filed with State and Federal Agencies. CTC will also solicit funding from private donations, corporate businesses, community agencies and with charity fundraising events.

We understand firsthand the difficulties in not having access to affordable reliable transportation. CTC was formed to provide Non-Emergency Medical Transportation like no other by combining our own personal experiences and what is failing in this industry. We will work to reduce the percentages of “no show” appointments, due to the lack of owned, accessible or reliable transportation, as well as the stress and anxiety to and from medical procedures or scheduled appointments.

We have added a special vehicle like no other in the industry. The MV1 (made in the USA) powered by compressed natural gas. This vehicle was specifically designed to accommodate those with transportation barriers. It includes an electric ramp, approx. 5 foot tall entrances and most importantly it is ADA compliant.

We provide professional, on-time, safe and accessible non-emergency medical transportation to all.
