Community Transport Service LLC. Operates throughout Middle Tennessee. We are in search of professionals who have an excellent work ethic and are committed to providing kind, safe, secure and excellent customer service to our passengers. CTS has multiple openings for drivers, driver trainers and dispatchers. Applicants will be required to be available on scheduled and non-scheduled shifts, available work shifts on a case by case basis and will be discussed at the time of your interview.

Administrative and Clerical applicants will be required to work Monday – Friday. With possible rotating weekends as needed.

Requirements

Possess a valid Tennessee driver’s license with an “F” Endorsement. The endorsement must be obtained within 30 days of your hire date.
Over 18 years of age
Pass MVR Record Search (NO DUIs)
No at fault accidents within 7 years
Pass a National background Record Search
Pass a Pre-Employment DOT drug east
Pass a national Search of the Sex Offender Database
Customer service and driver for hire experience is a plus
